The staff here are exceptionally nice, the food options are great, the location is marvellous and perfect, and the rooms may be compact but have large bathrooms.

Everything was perfectly fine, the staff were really helpful and very helpful. The room with great facilities. The hotel had an absolutely perfect location near Ecute Ueno. There were a shopping street and a market around the property...

The stay for 7 nights was great with an awesome location near stores and a supermarket within walking distance.

My room at Apa Hotel Okachimachieki-Kita S was surprisingly spacious and well-designed. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple train stations and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. While there were a few minor issues, overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Spacious and modern rooms with a big TV and a large bathroom, plus awesome facilities 🌟. the location is super convenient, just a 15-minute stroll to the National Museum of Nature and Science!

This hotel is a great value for money, located near the main Ueno station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. The facilities were also great, including the free wifi and coin-operated laundry. Additionally, the hotel's location near Ueno Park was a bonus, with its fascinating food vendors and beautiful cherry blossoms.

Nothing to dislike.

Spending the recent Christmas holidays in this hotel was a great decision. The double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. Coin-operated washing machines were convenient, and we made use of the microwave to heat bento meals that we bought from a nearby supermarket. Another big advantage was the proximity to public transport, with two subway lines and the JR line within walking distance.

The hotel had unpleasant smells throughout, and all the rooms had no windows. This made the small layout of the rooms feel even more cramped and inefficient.

The hotel offered two complementary facts, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the room, which was spotless.

The staff was not friendly nor welcoming. Some staff members made me uncomfortable and seemed uninterested in helping me with my requests.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel; the location is convenient as it's close to transportation and shopping areas. This hotel's location is superb, with easy access to main transport links and Narita airport. The king size bed and spacious room with large bathroom are fantastic, especially for Tokyo. It's also great value for money.
